Well, what if I give you something to it quirk up? What’s more fun than drinking? Playing and drinking! Here are our picks to add that extra dose to the fun quotient of your next party… Try these Bizarre, quirky and wacky drinking games at your next party!

Cup Swap

drinking games

Each player needs two cups (one that’s full of some sort of alcoholic beverage and one that’s empty) and a spoon. Participants have one minute to transfer as much of their drink as possible from one cup to the other using the spoon.

When the minute is up, you have to drink whatever’s left in the original cup! Here’s testing your love for that awesome thing called ‘Alcohol’!

Straight Face

drinking games

All players write sentences on small pieces of paper. What kind of sentences? Ones that are ridiculous or inappropriate; ones that anyone would struggle to read (or hear) while keeping a straight face.

One at a time, each player will choose a slip of paper and attempt to read whatever is written on it without giggling or cracking a smile. If they fail, they have to drink. Not for the weak willed! So, take with you all the sense of humour you got!

Most Likely

drinking games

Everyone sits in a circle and one player asks a “most likely” question, like “Who would be most likely to ask a stranger out in public?” or “Who would be most likely to eat someone else’s sandwich from the refrigerator at work?”

On the count of three, everyone points to whoever they think would be most likely to do that. You have to take a drink for every person who’s pointing at you (so if seven people think you’d ask a stranger out, you have to take seven drinks)! Apart from getting drunk, you’ll know how much your buds know you!

Two Truths, One Lie

drinking games

This one’s been my favourite. Lots of imagination, drinks and  can get you through this game. It can be played even with two friends, maybe on a date!

The opposing parties face each other. The first one to go will claim three points about himself. Out of these three, one will be a lie while the other two would be the truths about his life. The other person has to guess the wrong statement out of the three statements that he had made. It is imperative to sit in front of each other so facial expressions can help the opponent in guessing out the answer. The player who says the wrong ‘lie’ will have to drink from his cup. Binge drink on your account…. But who care. right?

Never have I ever

drinking games

What’s more fishy and exhilarating than to discover secrets about your friends? Or perhaps reveal it yourself? “Never have I ever” let’s you experience this thrill with no strings attached. Choose who will go first. This person will make a statement of an act that he has never done in his life. If the other players had done that already, sometime in their life, they will take a shot of their drink. For example: “I have never went to a strip club”. Anyone who has been to a strip club will drink a shot of their glass. If nobody has done that act, then the person who made the statement will have to take a shot of their glass.

Sounds like fun! But be ready to be exposed by your troupe!

Drunk Jenga

drinking games

One of the best drinking games designed for a party of friends, Drunk Jenga is a classic board game with a twist. The players do not necessarily follow a set of rules and try to be creative as much as possible.

A box of Jenga blocks are taken, and a bunch of different rules are written on them. Rules can vary wildly such as “gulp down three drinks at one time”, “pick your nose”, or “dance whenever asked to”. The more creative the activities get, the more fun this game gets to be.

Whenever a player pulls out a Jenga block from the tower, he/she must abide by the rule. As soon as the tower collapses, the person responsible for that will have to finish his drink. Let your crazy ideas brim….

Buzz

One of the easiest games to play, Buzz is simple…. but sure to get you buzzed! Each player starts counting a number and says it aloud, except 7 and its multiples, in which case, you say buzz. If you don’t, you drink. Simple! Get on with your math… or get drunk!

Attached at the Hip

An awesome ice breaker for your guests –  this game will get them close, quite literally! So, you scribble body parts on pieces of paper and put them together. Everyone makes a team of two and picks up two chits. They have to make sure that the body parts mentioned in the chits touch each other or are ‘attached’ for as long as they can. Every time someone separates, they take a shot. Don’t let your imagination run with this one!

Picture the craziness at your next party?

Trivia- And This Is How We Got Beer Pong!

Beer Pong is believed to have originated in the 1950s within the fraternities of Dartmouth College. Back then, their version was more like a traditional game of Ping Pong because they used paddles and a net. Sometime in the 1980s in the United States, the game change to no paddles or net and the name Beer Pong was adopted.
