  The term ‘Website Content’ means User Content, Third Party Content and Beer Pong League Content.

ELIGIBILITY TO USE

The services are not available to minors under the age of eighteen (18) or to any Users suspended or removed from the Beer Pong League system by beerpongleague.in for any reason whatsoever. If you do not conform to the above qualification, you shall not be permitted to avail of the services or use the Website. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if you are below the age of eighteen (18) years, you may avail the services provided by beerpongleague.in through your legal guardian in accordance with the applicable laws.

You represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving Products & services under the laws as applicable in India.

USE OF CONTENT 

You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and that you will not violate laws, regulations, ordinances or other such requirements of any applicable Central, State or local government or any other international laws. Everything you see or read on the site is the property of beerpongleague.in and its licensors and partners. You may electronically copy or print pages displayed on the site for personal, non-commercial use. However, without beerpongleague.in’s prior written permission, you shall not:

 In order to connect you to restaurants, bars, spas, salons, venues, shopping centres, hotels and experiences etc., we provide value added telephone services through our phone lines, which connect directly to their phone lines. We record all information regarding these calls including the voice recording of the conversation between you and the service provider (for internal billing tracking purposes and customer service improvement at the restaurant’s end). If you do not wish that your information be recorded in such a manner, please do not use the telephone services provided by beerpongleague.in. You explicitly agree and permit Beer Pong League to record all this information when you dial Beer Pong League’s phone numbers.

CHANGES IN CONTENT

 The content of the pages of this website is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice. Neither we nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on this website for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and we expressly exclude liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. HOW BEER PONG LEAGUE WORKS

beerpongleague.in is constantly growing in order to provide the best possible experience and information to its users beerpongleague.in is maintained to inform, entertain and facilitate the booking of Tickets, Events, experiences, deals, offers & Products. Such Products & Services are made available by our diligent staff and third parties. beerpongleague.in is not an owner or operator of any of the Listings nor is it a provider of such properties and it does not own, sell, resell, furnish, provide, rent, re-rent, host, manage and/or control any of the listings. Beer Pong League’s role is solely to facilitate the availability of the Products & services for Third Parties and Users and to provide the related Products & services.

BOOKINGS & FINANCIAL TERMS

 The Third Parties are solely responsible for fulfilling bookings, and making available any Products & services. It is the Third Party which determines the booking fees due and payable by the User to the Third Party for and related to a booking and the possible fee range for booking provided in the Listings.

Payments are all transacted through Bill Desk, PayPal, or other third party payment service methods (collectively, “Payment Facilities”) or the Beer Pong League’s payment processing gateway (the “Gateway”).

As a User, you can make an inquiry regarding Products & Services by completing an online inquiry form. Within twenty-four (24) business hours of your submission of the form, a Third Party representative will contact you. Venue Visits are subject to the approval of the applicable Third Party. You may contact a Third Party representative if you wish to cancel or reschedule a Venue Visit. Should you wish to arrange a booking for a Venue after a Venue Visit or otherwise, you agree to make such booking via the Services only.

After you receive a response to your inquiry from Third Party, including a quote, you may contact Third Party to make your booking via the Services. If the Products & service you wish to book is available on the dates you request and you choose to book, beerpongleague.in will collect the entire Booking Fee / Cost, on behalf of the Third Party at the time of booking.

In connection with the booking, the User will be asked to provide customary billing information such as name, billing address and other relevant information necessary for hiring the venue. Accordingly, the User agrees to pay beerpongleague.in for any bookings made in connection with Account in accordance with these Terms of Use and hereby authorizes the collection of such amounts on behalf of the Third Party by payment facilities provided as part of making the booking, via the Services. If as a USER, you are directed to Beer Pong League’s third party payment processor, you may be subject to terms and conditions governing use of that third party’s service and that third party’s personal information collection practices. Please review such terms and conditions and privacy policy before using the services.

Once beerpongleague.in receives confirmation of your booking from the applicable Third Party, beerpongleague.in  will collect the Deposit as well as the remaining balance, if applicable, in accordance with the these Terms of Use. All Deposits and remaining balance are payable in Indian Rupees (INR) only. Once the booking transaction is complete, the USER will receive a confirmation email summarizing your booking and a copy of such confirmation will be available for review via your Account.

INSURANCE & TAXES

 As a User, you agree that it is his/her sole responsibility to obtain any insurance as required by law or otherwise related to your booking or your activities on the Products & services. beerpongleague.in does not carry any insurance for bookings made or venues featured on the website. User is also solely responsible for determining any tax requirements or obligations you may have related to any bookings made at beerpongleague.in cannot and does not offer tax advice to any User.

BOOKING CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

 Please note that change and cancellation procedures and penalties for bookings vary depending on the policies of the applicable Beer Pong League. Any such cancellation procedures and penalties are those of the Third Part and not of beerpongleague.in and beerpongleague.in has no responsibility or liability in this regard. The User agrees that he/she will accept any terms, conditions and restrictions associated with any booking imposed by the Third Party, including, but not limited to, any change or cancellation fees. If you have any complaints or questions about your experience with Third Party or a venue, or if you wish to cancel a booking, please contact the applicable Third Party directly. Please note that Beer Pong League is not responsible for resolving any disputes between Users and Third Parties or processing any changes to or cancellations of bookings, and disclaims any and all liability in this regard. Nothing in this clause shall affect the Third Parties’ obligation towards the beerpongleague.in in respect of the payment of the Listing fees in respect of such booking in question.

OWNERSHIP 

Intellectual property laws protect the beerpongleague.in Content. Except as expressly provided in these Terms, Beer Pong League and its licensors own all rights in the beerpongleague.in Content. beerpongleague.in has no ownership rights in User Content. You must not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Website Content. The User agrees that he/she has no right to, or title in or to, any Website Content (except for the User Content that you provide) or any other attributes associated with your Account. Likewise, the Third Party shall not use any content while listing the Venue in the Website that violates the intellectual property of beerpongleague.in.

NO ENDORSEMENT

Beer Pong League does not endorse the User, Third Party, or any listing featured on the Products & services. In addition, we do not attempt to confirm, and do not confirm, any User’s or Third Party’s purported identity. The User is responsible for determining the identity and suitability of others whom you contact via the Products & Services. beerpongleague.in will not be responsible for any damage or harm resulting from your interactions as a User with other Users of the Products & Services. By using the Products & Services, you agree that any legal remedy or liability that you seek to obtain for actions or omissions of other Users and Third Parties will be limited to a claim against the particular Users or Third Parties who caused you harm. You agree not to attempt to impose liability on, or seek any legal remedy from beerpongleague.in in this regard.

INDEMNITY

As a User

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless beerpongleague.in and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of litigation by third parties), arising out of, or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Products, Services or Website Content or your violation of these Terms of Use; (b) your User Content; and (c) your (i) interaction with any User or Third Party, (ii) scheduling a Venue Visit or booking of a Venue or (iii) use of a Venue by you or any other User.

As a Third Party You agree to indemnify and hold harmless beerpongleague.in  and its officers, directors, employees and agents, from and against any claims, disputes, demands, liabilities, damages, losses, and costs and expenses, including, without limitation, reasonable legal and accounting fees (including costs of defense of litigation by third parties), arising out of, or in any way connected with: (a) your access to or use of the Products, Services or Website Content or your violation of these Terms of Use; (b) your User Content; and (c) your (i) interaction with any User or Third Party, (ii) scheduling a Venue Visit or booking of a Venue or (iii) use of a Venue by you or any other User.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In respect of a User

You acknowledge and agree that, to the maximum extent permitted by law, the entire risk arising out of your access to and use of the products & services and website content, and your bookings, remains with you. Neither beerpongleague.in  nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Products & services or website content will be liable for any incidental, special, exemplary or consequential damages, including lost profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure or the cost of substitute products or services, or for any damages for personal or bodily injury or emotional distress arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, or from the use of or inability to use the services or website content, or from any communications, interactions or meetings with other Users of the services or other persons with whom you communicate or interact as a result of your use of the products or services, or from your booking, whether based on warranty, contract, tort (including negligence), product liability or any other legal theory, and whether or not beerpongleague.in  has been informed of the possibility of such damage, even if a limited remedy set forth herein is found to have failed of its essential purpose.

In no event will Beer Pong League’s aggregate liability arising out of or in connection with these Terms of Use, from your booking, or from the use of or inability to use the services or website content, exceed the amounts you have paid or owe for bookings via the services. The limitations of damages set forth above are fundamental elements of the basis of the bargain between beerpongleague.in and you.

In respect of a Third Party In no event shall beerpongleague.in  be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, incidental, consequential or exemplary damages, including but not limited to, damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data or other intangible losses arising out of or in connection with the Website and Payment Facilities, its products, services or this agreement (however arising, including negligence).

Beer Pong League’s liability in any circumstance is limited to the amount of fees, if any, paid by you to Beer Pong League, beerpongleague.in , its associates, affiliates and service providers and technology partners make no representations or Warranties about the accuracy, reliability, completeness, and/or timeliness of any content, information, software, text, graphics, links or communications provided on or through the use of the Website or that the operation of the Website or payment facility will be error free and/or uninterrupted. Consequently, beerpongleague.in assumes no liability whatsoever for any monetary or other damage suffered by you on account of: The delay, failure, interruption, or corruption of any data or other information transmitted in connection with use of the Website or payment facilities in any manner.

ASSIGNMENT 
You may not assign or transfer these Terms of Use, by operation of law or otherwise, without Beer Pong League’s prior written consent. Any attempt by you to assign or transfer these Terms of Use, without such consent, will be null and of no effect.
